Employees Want Healthy Buildings as They Head Back to the Office
As COVID restrictions are lifted and employees head back to the office, Compass Properties wants our tenants to know that health and wellness continue to be our highest priorities. In addition to the extensive processes already in place, Compass Properties proactively implemented new protocols that not only make our buildings healthier, but improve energy and operational efficiencies as well.
Tenants, please let us know if you require any changes to your cleaning schedules and/or specifications. If you need to update your office configuration, we have partnered with System Furniture Installation to offer special reduced rates on office furniture redesign, relocation and/or reconfiguration. If you haven’t occupied your office space for awhile, please check the HVAC, electrical (including lights) and plumbing operations and let us know if anything needs attention.
We realize that some of your employees may have concerns or anxiety about returning to the office. According to a recent Honeywell survey, the majority of global employees (68%) do not feel completely safe working in their employer’s buildings, and one in four would look for a new job rather than return to a building that did not implement necessary safety measures. Below are some of the many steps we’ve taken to make our buildings safe and healthy. Please feel free to share this information with your employees.
Our dedicated, “service first” property management team has put in endless hours to ensure that your employees have safe, clean, and healthy workspaces. As always, please let us know how we can assist you.
