Meet Paul Anderson of Compass Properties

Behind Compass Properties’ exceptional customer service and keen attention to detail is a powerhouse team. With our blog over the next few months, we’d like to introduce you to each of our members. Here’s one of them now, Paul Anderson, Maintenance Technician.

 

Since December 2019, Paul’s work involves monitoring buildings and all systems for Compass Properties in Madison. He watches for any issues and then deals with them as they may arise. This includes HVAC to the grounds and everything in between. Preventative maintenance is an important component of his job.

He enjoys the ability to work independently but, at the same time, having backup help if it’s needed. Also, he appreciates that Compass Properties believes in the importance of having the staff available to provide great service.

To others working in the property management industry, Paul advises enjoying the people and solving problems with them. He tries to understand where his clients are coming from, what might frustrate them, and how he can help.

Paul enjoys family time with his three grandchildren, motorcycling on his Yamaha V Star, and hiking, especially around Devil’s Lake.

His personal motto/mantra is, “It’s not about me,” and his favorite book is the Bible.
